Usually I try to avoid diets even though I complain or joke almost daily that I'm overweight.
My favorite diet is the "mañana" diet cause I'd rather justify my bad eating by saying I'm going to start watching what I eat tomorrow!
I had tried the body cleanse I posted about earlier and it helped "cleanse" but it didn't help with energy or weight loss.
Karla, my co-worker was nice enough to share her diet plan with me so I'll be trying to follow that and incorporate exercise into my daily routine.
I'll share with you tomorrow the plan and my goals.
